Fast, Reliable Delivery Across Australia from the Gold Coast

As a new brand launching from our home in the Gold Coast, we’re starting by focusing on what we know best: getting our socks to you, right here in Australia. This lets us ensure every parcel gets the care and attention it deserves as we grow. All orders are lovingly packed and dispatched from our home base right here in Gold Coast, Queensland.


1. Shipping Destinations & Timeframes

We currently ship Australia-wide only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Dispatch Time: All orders are processed and packed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Delivery Timeframes: Once dispatched, please allow the following estimated delivery times:
    • QLD, NSW, ACT: 2-5 business days
    • VIC, SA: 3-7 business days
    • WA, TAS, NT: 5-10 business days

Please Note: These are estimates from Australia Post and other carriers. Delivery times can be impacted by factors beyond our control, such as postal network delays, incorrect addressing, or remote location accessibility. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

2. Shipping Rates (Flat Rate Australia-Wide)

  • Standard Australia-Wide Shipping: $9.95 AUD per order.
  • FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $69 AUD.

This flat rate covers the cost of secure packaging and postage with our trusted carrier partners, ensuring your order arrives safely.

3. Order Tracking

Your order's journey is important. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's progress. Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder).

4. Shipping Address & Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • If you realise you've made an error, please contact us immediately at hello@socktheluckup.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to amend it.

5. Failed Deliveries, Lost or Stolen Parcels

  • Failed Delivery/Card Left: If you are not home, a card will be left by the postal service with instructions on how to collect your parcel from your local post office.
  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking shows no updates for more than 10 business days past the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
  • Stolen Parcels: Sock the Luck Up is not liable for parcels that are stolen after being delivered to the correct address as confirmed by tracking. We recommend providing a secure delivery location if possible.
