Returns & Refunds Policy

At Sock the Luck Up, we stand by the quality and comfort of our socks. We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not entirely satisfied, here’s our straightforward policy to make it right.

1. Returns

We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order. This gives you ample time to ensure your socks are the perfect fit and feel.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and Unwashed: In the same pristine condition as when you received them.
  • In Original Packaging: With all tags still attached.
  • Accompanied by Proof of Purchase: Your order number or receipt.
  • Full-priced items only: Refunds and returns are not applicable to sale items or items purchased with a discount code at checkout.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Grip Socks that have been removed from their packaging or tried on outside of a clean, indoor environment.
  • Sale items or items purchased with a discount code at checkout.

3. Return Procedures

  1. Contact Us: Within 30 days of delivery, email us at hello@socktheluckup.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Get Authorisation: We will reply with a Return Authorisation and instructions on where to send your package.
  3. Ship It Back: Send the unused, tagged items back to us via a traceable postal service. We recommend Australia Post for ease and tracking.
  • Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent) or a verified fault.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Timing: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Deductions: Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable. A refund may be issued minus any applicable shipping fees if you are returning an item for a change of mind.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary. If the issue persists, contact us.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packing every order. If you receive a defective item or the incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@socktheluckup.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
  • We will cover the cost of return shipping and promptly send out a replacement or process a full refund.
